What this site is

Edgar.hk is the publication name used by this independent information site. Its purpose is simple: Practical refill, food-storage and low-waste habits for Hong Kong homes.

Edgar.hk was previously used by Edgar, a Hong Kong bulk-food and zero-waste retailer documented from 2016. This is a new independent reference site, not a continuation of that shop, and it does not publish current store listings without fresh verification.

How the guides are produced
